Each summer, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau creates promotions to highlight Miami’s local restaurateurs and business owners. While Miami Spice doesn’t start until August, massage-obsessed locals and visitors will want to enjoy the deals associated with Miami Spa Months. From July 1 through August 31, over 30 spas in Miami offer reduced rates for their most popular treatments. Luxurious pampering starts at $109 and maxes out at $199. Better yet, most spas let guests take advantage of their amenities—from steam rooms to pool decks.

LAPIS SPA AT THE FONTAINEBLEAU
One of the largest, most comprehensive spa facilities in town, the two-story Lapis Spa boasts a 75-foot mineral pool and Rain Room. Specials include a 50-minute Swedish Massage ($139) and “Perfect Pampering,” which combines a Dewy Glow Facial, Paraffin Hand Treatment and Coolabah Pedicure ($199). After your treatment, take a dip in the coed pool, schvitz in the eucalyptus steam room and workout at the 5,800-square-foot gym.

VALMONT SPA AT THE SETAI
