KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4 and the kitchen bar has seating for 3, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the 20'x10' heated pool (5' deep) and also features a propane BBQ, 5-person hot tub and more.
PARKING: Free, gated parking is available for 2 cars. Additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).
WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, 8 beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
