About the propertyLOCATION: The property is just a 15 minute drive from Miami Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants within a short walk.
Sextant’s Biscayne Residences is perfect for families or groups looking for a clean, sleek space in a central location. The modern finishes, ample entertaining area, and lush vegetation sets this home apart. These two side-by-side homes connect through the backyard, but still feature their own pool and hot tub. Both properties are large enough to have all 14 guests in one of the dining or living areas, or guests can enjoy separated spaces.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
PARKING: Free, gated parking is available for 4 cars. Additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The first dining area has seating for 8 with a kitchen bar that seating for 3 while the second dining area has seating for 4 with a kitchen bar that has seating for 3. All the necessary dinnerware for up to 14 guests is provided.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point of each home is the 20'x10' pool (5' deep), and also features a propane BBQ, 6-person hot tub. Free, gated parking is available for 2 cars at each home (4 spaces total).
WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 2 pack-n-play cribs, 2 high chairs, 2 queen-sized air mattresses, 14 beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TV with basic cable and Netflix.
